At Wonder Church, everything we are and everything we do flows from one passion: Jesus. We are a Bible-believing family that loves the presence of God, the power of the Gospel, and the people He came to save.
Live your lives in such a way that makes them wonder, there must be more and there is his name is Jesus
What We Believe
We believe the entire Bible — every word from Genesis to Revelation — is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God. It is our final authority for faith, life, and conduct, and it reveals Jesus on every page.
The Bible
We believe in one eternal God who exists forever in three distinct persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit — co-equal, co-eternal, and one in essence. He is the Creator of all things and the Redeemer who pursues us with perfect love.
The One True God
We believe the Holy Spirit is fully God and lives in every believer from the moment of salvation. He convicts us of sin, guides us into truth, and empowers us to live a life that honors Jesus and fulfills His mission.
The Holy Spirit
Salvation
We believe salvation is a free gift received by turning from sin (repentance) and placing complete trust in Jesus Christ. When we do, we are born again, made new, forgiven, and filled with the Holy Spirit. This new life is the beginning of an eternal relationship with God.
We practice two ordinances given by Jesus:
• Water baptism by full immersion for every believer — a beautiful picture of dying to our old life and rising to new life in Christ.
• Communion — celebrated weekly as we remember Jesus’ body broken for us and His blood poured out for us until He returns.
Baptism & Communion
We believe Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God. He was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, performed miracles, died on the cross as our substitute, rose bodily from the dead, ascended to heaven, and is coming again in power and glory. He is the only way to the Father and the hope of the world.
Jesus Christ
We believe every person is created in the image of God with infinite value and purpose. Yet because of sin, we are all separated from God and in need of rescue. Our only hope is found in the finished work of Jesus Christ.
Humanity
We believe the Church is the Body of Christ on earth — a family of believers called to worship God passionately, love one another deeply, and take the Gospel to every person. Every believer has a vital part to play in seeing Jesus lifted up in our generation.
The Church
We believe in the personal, visible, and soon return of Jesus Christ. We look forward to the resurrection of the dead, the final judgment, and the new heaven and new earth where righteousness dwells. Until that day, we live with joyful urgency to see every life transformed by the love and power of Jesus.
